1. Incorrect or Damaged Items
- If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please email us at info@fingerjunction.co.za with a photo of the product as proof.
- Once verified, we will resend you the correct/new product at no additional cost.
2. Returning Products
- If you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of purchase.

3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Products returned within 30 days in original condition are eligible for a exchange (excluding shipping fees).
- Any products returned after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided with the return.
